Smocked bishop style bodice with lace edged angel wings.
Puff sleeves are finished with beading, ribbon & lace edge.
Bodice & skirt are gathered to a hip band.
Optional Satin ribbon ties in a bow at center back.
Skirt is finished with a band of lace insertions & a gathered
self fabric ruffle, with lace insertions & edged in lace is
stitched to the fancy band.
