Dress High Yoke dress with smocked & shadow applique collar is attached by a bias neck band. Center front of collar features the bear & heart motif which is inserted into the collar with lace insertions before smocking. Collar is edged in lace insertions & edge Short puff sleeves are gathered with beading, ribbon & lace edge. Hemline of skirt is finished with Shadow applique hearts with hearts & Teddy Bears. The hearts are edged in lace insertion stitched to the dress then the hemline is finished with gathered lace edge. slip
